DC Cargo Mall Auto Retractable Ratchet Straps, 2" x 10ft, 2-Pack

Works great, stores easily, just right for most tie down jobs

I just love having these things in my truck, and I have used them to tighten down many times before. But these have a different type of automatic mechanism that allows you to tighten up both sides at the same time, which is a great idea for anyone that has to use them,

I carry cargo in the bed of my truck for work that I have to demo. That means frequently loading and unloading so I thought these straps would be so much better than the normal ratchet straps. Right out of the box I loved them! On my most recent trip, 5 days on the road, I loaded/unloaded several times but I only had to release/retract the straps a few inches each time. Today I removed the item from my truck and one strap retracted perfectly all the way in but the other only retracted a little bit which led me to manually cranking it all the way back in. I'm so very disapointed in this now! I tried pulling it all the way out and trying to retract but no luck. I tried cranking it all the way in and then releasing the tension. No luck. Update: I called their customer service after I wrote this review. They were fantastic and I had a replacement on my door step in just a few days! I will definetly buy more from them.

So far works really slick. Wonder how long hte retractable action continues to work, but for now its worth the purchase

Works as online videos show , quality parts Keep in mind ANY tie down strap once hit by rain or a car wash WILL effect the use of the strap . sticky slow moving just add lubricant as needed. - Very PRICEY

Push of a button they retract ! Cool Good tie downs for lite work, they make them heavy duty also. Length was perfect for the job, easy storage, & safe

These are costly but I will never again buy ratchet straps without the auto one touch button for reeling in the strap. priceless.

These are the straps I should have got years ago. Tough, easy to use...these are the ones you need. And...they don't cost a ton of money. They have enough length for most of the loads I would carry in my pickup and if I need more length, put the two of them together.

Vraiment bien, fonctionne facilement, robuste et pas toute entremêler après l'utilisation.

Over the last 30 years I have spent a lot of money buying junky ratchet straps that were difficult if not impossible to release and I have cut a few of them off. . These heavy duty retractable straps are incredible, easy to use and so easy to release and store away. . Fantastic

parfait , belle sangle vraiment les deux pouces sont très large et robuste et le rétractable sera pratique

Worked perfectly for my ATV. Ratchet system feels heavy duty. Only negative thing was the coating on the hook was coming off on one strap. Other than that highly recommended.

Solid frame (important, as most of my ratchet straps have failed due to frame bending), bright red release button is comfortable to use, operation is intuitive, ratchet handle is solid and natural to grab and pull. Design, which spools strap on central drum, is an excellent solution to dealing with the unused strap length - keeps it out of the way, or dragging on the ground, or flapping in the wind.
