The most classic of Thai curries with a crisp, sharp and aromatic flavour. This Thai favourite is made with green chilli, onion and lemongrass. For an authentic curry ready in 15 minutes, simply add meat, fish or vegetables. Serves 2-3. Ingredients ----------- Coconut Milk: 100% coconut milk; Thai green curry paste: Garlic, Green Chilli (16%), Lemon Grass, Onion, Rice Bran Oil, Salt, Black Ginger, Galangal, Spices (Cumin, Coriander Seed, Pepper), Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander, Palm Sugar; Thai s: Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sliced Lemon Grass, Sweet Basil Leaves. Heat a tablespoon of Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil or vegetable oil in a pan and add the sachet of Thai Taste Green Curry Paste and stir fry for 3 minutes until the aroma of the paste is released. Add the chopped chicken and continue to stir until all the chicken is coated with the paste. Add the sachet of Thai Taste Coconut Milk and allow to simmer for 5 minutes ensuring chicken is coooked, stir in the sachet of dry s, allow to simmer gently for 2 minutes. Your authentic Thai curry is now ready! You can add chopped coriander, bamboo shoots, and sliced fresh green chillies to finish off the dish. You may substitute the chicken with chopped vegetables or the same weight of prawns.
