It works
Well I’m not falling over from being anemic anymore so I’d say it works. Definitely take with food and water because it tastes like a penny, but for a couple bucks it’s a quality low cost option to add to your health routine.

Tiny small pill good results
Great Price for this Iron Supplement. I need this as I have very low red cell count and high white cell count. Every six months my blood results are terrible but i keep taking iron as it does helps. Easy to take very small pill for those struggling by taking big pills this are no issues to take.overall it works and will order again once i ran out of seamoss.
