Good quality tool

Tool works well. Needed to replace a caster on a stainless steel gas grill. Blind sheet metal required (4) jack nuts to attach caster. Bought this tool on ebay for $28. Good quality tool. A new stainless steel gas grill would have cost $1000 bucks.
