Whole house surge protector
Excellent, I searched on you tube for installation videos. I was able to install it in 30 minutes. Easy peasy! If you are not comfortable with installation, get an electrician. Very high voltage in the box. But it is working well.

Easy enough to install if you have spare circuits.
We had lightning knock out a lot of electrical equipment even though they were protected by surge arresters and ups's. This was recommended by the importer of our boiler after our circuit board was also destroyed. Hopefully this will help. I did not have any spare circuits available in our box so I used screw terminal connectors attached to the main bus bars as is mentioned in the installation. Took a bit more work to do.

Surge suppressor arrived brand new in the box/installed easily on a breaker and began working immediately

The one on the right had been opened, maybe installed
I bought two. One was in a sealed package. The second one had obviously been opened. Hopefully it was opened and put back in after someone looked at it and MLjust returned it. There is a small scuff area on it, so it may have been installed. I'm a certified electrician so I will test it before sending it back then perhaps I'll keep it and increase the rating.. Update! ...I increased the rating to 4 stars because I installed the one that the package had obviously been opend, and the green light came on so It should be fine.... I will be keeping it..

Easy to install
Works well, your gonna need a 25 amp double pole breaker double slot to hits both phase bars

First class surge protector easy install with long leads.

Excellent
Very simple installation and lit right up. There haven’t been any surges yet to test this, but I feel much more comfortable now. I bought this for an outside the panel mount because the one that had 25 amp and takes the place of a double breaker fell apart in my hands.

No more worries about electric surges
I actually returned this to purchase the large larger sized HEPD80. I have a 200 amp service and required the larger home surge protector. Had my Electrician install it and it only took a few minutes.
