So disappointed
Once in awhile, there is someone who reacts very differently from other people. I read all the reviews and felt confident to try this sleeping aid. Yes, I managed to sleep well, an hour and a half after taking it. However, this morning, I felt "off". my face was a bit numb and I felt groggy which I was hoping would wear off. However, at 5PM, I had to make a cup of coffee and that still didn't help. I'm definitely not a good customer for this product. I took only one to know this. I threw out the other two boxes and the one I opened.

Worsened the insomnia
I write this review after about an entire hour of tossing and turning from 2 tablets. Unfortunately these had the exact opposite effect for me; it made by body so incredibly restless I was fully unable to spend any time sleeping and moreso pacing as I wait for the restlessness to stop. Do not recommend.
