This is a great product! The cushion is really soft and provides good support. Also protects from shoe bite. Makes your otherwise uncomfortable shoes wearable. I used these with my woodland bellies and I am loving it.

Adhesive is not up to the mark, but nice for bad shoes, it helps in preventing ankle injury due to shoes during walking or playing...

It is not useful for sports shoes where heel cushion is there. It doesn't stick properly with fabric or cushion. The self adhesiy part has two layers, one is sticker and other is with protector grip liner. While peeling sticker, inner layer is also peeling. Not much of useful. Self adhesive is poorly built.
