Best value, Dense foam for my damaged feet. Worked perfectly, simply to be able to stand up without pain. Sliced thinner, and to the correct shape, i have perfect insoles of sufficient dense cushioning for my boots, shoes and sandals. Better than any rubbish insoles...i've tried that lot and a waste of time. These are The Best
