I have a 15-year-old dog... As far as dog treats go, I've always gravitated towards the more functional supplement treats over regular "biscuits" I can't really say if dogs get much benefit from treats that claim to help certain ailments (skin/coat, joints, digestion, etc), or if they really just act as mere placebos to make us owners feel like we're doing something to help our pets 🤷‍♂️My dog likes all the Native products I've bought (pretty sure we tried most of them lol), this one included, but it didn't seem to help him stop licking his back foot raw. It probably did improve the look of his coat, but the allergy claims might be a little dubious. Did it help a little, or was it better than nothing? Maybe? I did continue to buy them for a few years, so I must have thought they were doing something? I would say buy these if you're looking for a tasty functional treat, or if you want something specifically to improve coat... but if you're trying to combat allergies and other skin conditions, you might have better luck with an actual antihistamine

I have 2 dogs one is very picky and she loves these she eats them no problem, both my girls like them, the quantity for the price I think is good you get a lot, so far they been on them for 2 months now I think it helps a lot with there costs bothe my girls are sensitive n allergic to everything and these help them a lot so far they’re skin n coat are looking and feeling better

Great product; definitely helped to decrease our dog’s itchy skin; no issues with digestion. Cannot say his coat looks shinier. Our dog looks forward to having these twice a day.

I cannot recommend this stuff enough! My lab was loosing hair on her chest/underside area that seemed more than regular shedding. So i bought this to give to her in addition to the salmon oil I put in her food, because that didn’t seem to be helping as much on its own, and I have seen a major difference in just a little less than a month. I forgot to take a before picture, but if you zoom in on her chest area in the first picture you can see how thin her hair had gotten and the second is one I just took.

Disclaimer: I just got these. I don’t know how they help my dog’s skin yet.This is one of my first 2 products from Native Pet, however I think it’s very misleading that these are advertised as 30 chews. When I received my package just now, I decided to dump it out since there seemed to be very few inside the bag. Most were bonded together and was sure if these were 1 big chew or 2 small chews, so I dumped them out to count. Which lead to me discover, even once I ripped them apart that I still only had 28 chews. I then noticed the bag states that’s it’s filled by weight.Well then it should be sold by weight and not number. I thought I was getting a 30 day supply, however the instructions say to give your pup 2 chews daily for the first 14 days and then 1 chew daily after. Plus, double for every 25lbs. So my dog would be getting 4 chews a day for 14 days, then 2 after. So my package of 28 chews will last her exactly one week. I’ll need 3 packages her first month, and 2 every month after. So my expectation was $15/month. Now will be closer to $40/month. Now I know why they sell them in a 120 count. Imo, the value for money is low and my trust in this brand is even lower. They have cute colorful packaging, however they should put more effort in making sure the packages have the correct amount of supplements stated to avoid deceiving their customers. Some may think I’m being dramatic over 2 missing chews, but my pup is my baby and if I can’t trust the brand over correct packaging, then why would I trust their product or even want to spend my money with them? I like purchasing from small businesses and USA based too, however, this experience was a turn off and I’ll be continuing my hunt for a replacement brand.
