B Complex Liquid

I don’t understand why some people say this tastes horrible—it actually tastes like tangerine-flavored syrup to me. I’ve been taking it for four days now, and I haven’t changed my diet. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds, and since then I’ve been losing about 0.4 pounds each day. I’m 45, and I’ve noticed that losing weight has become harder, even though I don’t eat that much. I eat whatever I feel like, but it’s not like I overeat or eat an entire container of food. When I was younger, I could lose weight just by eating a little less, but now it’s more challenging. I saw a video claiming that women over 40 cannot process B complex tablets. It was a commercial for a liquid B complex, not necessarily this brand. I went on Amazon, read the reviews, and chose this liquid B complex. I’m really happy with it because it seems to be working for me. I don’t work out regularly, but I do walk 30 minutes to an hour a few times a week.

I’m preparing for a stomach surgery, and was told I’ll be too nauseous to take vitamins for awhile, so I started experimenting with sublingual drops. I’ve started taking it with some vanilla flavored vitamin D3 drops I found on Amazon, and when combined, it tastes like an orange creamsicle. My energy and sleep have both improved significantly. I feel better than I have with taking really expensive vitamins for years. It’s the best tasting vitamin B drops I have found so far. Plus, my skin is looking better too.., Glad I found this little gem!💎

I find the liquid drops more effective or at least more absorbable than pills. I like this brand and have felt a difference. The taste is fine. The ingredients in this complex are great.

The product tastes like a blood orange that had some of the peel mixed in for flavor. I really don't like the chalky texture, but the product seems to work well once you get over the flavor.

These drops are a great way to include most of the B vitamins into your daily diet. My doctor recommended liquid drops for best absorption. I read many reviews, and selected these. They are easy to use and taste good! A slight orange taste - which I love!

This works well for me as I can't do large pills. The flavor works for me too.

The Orange flavor is so Disgusting! It tastes like Peptobismol! Eeeeeewuuuuh!
