I can verify the strain is accurate in these. Had my levels checked in a GI map test. This strain was populated well and I had only taken it for a couple weeks. I took a 1-month break before GI map was done, so it must have set up camp in my gut.

Used to make my own yogurt using half& Half. I used Reuteri, Plantarium, glassari and this. Came out so thick and creamy with a yogurt zing. I wish I had done this sooner. Loving these amazing info sharing and healthy options. Yogurt is do much better at colonization than supplements. But you need these supplements to culture your milk. Good luck!

I prefer probiotics in a blister pack as they seem to hold up better and are still viable. I decided to try this while on a GLP-1 but didn't notice any difference with weight loss, (NO appetite suppression). I haven't seen any changes from my previous probiotic. For the amount of pre-/probiotics, its a good value for the money. The stomach is the second brain so it's important to support good digestion for full nutrient absorption.

It is helping me to lose the weight. I do not expect it to work as fast as the injectable GLP-1 but it is doing its job. I also love the fact that it is once daily and comes in blister packs. Other family members take it too and now they spend less time in the toilet and our tummies are getting flatter.

These worked better than any of the other brands I've used they balance pH, they help with bowl movements, definitely with it.

Product is made in China, so I question it's purity. This is not mentioned on the product page or the photos of the product with the box conveniently angled so that you cant see the small wording on the corner "Made in China."

Ever since I learned about the microbiome, I've been working to replenish and diversify my gut flora. I wasn't sure what to expect from akkermansia, but I immediately had so much more energy and just feel better all around. I decided to try this one because it was less expensive than other akkermansia muciniphila supplements.

I used this for a few days with other probiotics and felt off. It could be because I was drinking other drinks but I didn’t use this long enough to feel any the effectiveness. I just swallowed the pill. I couldn’t taste it. I may try it again based on value.
