Will these survive being frozen regularly if left in a vehicle over winter?

Hi Each pouch contains 500ml water which is individually packaged in 10 x 50ml packets. Seven Oceans is the standard Emergency Water ration used on Lifeboats of Commercial and Naval ships Worldwide. Of course water does freeze however being packed within 10 sachets I am sure prevents the water from bursting . So my answer would be yes, they are suitable for your car.
