Perfect steaks!!

This is my second Arke barbecue grill. The first one i bought in Brazil. The same quality. Excellent product. Do your bbq inside the house or apt with no smoke just the nice smell from your meat. Easy to clean. 00:45 minutes and your bbq is ready.

The good news, my meat tastes great. The bad news, my grill arrived bent on the lower front/right side, as well as on top and also in the back. It’s not that the packaging was bad in itself (although it could be significantly better). The machine itself is pretty flimsy and just made from inferior materials. The propane hose and regulator was faulty, so I had to buy a replacement at hardwood store (good luck finding a 36-48” hose). The drip tray is a joke. It’s super thin and flimsy. When using the rotisserie feature, the machine is very loud. The skewers are also super flimsy and cheap. The plastic legs are useless (they attach but don’t stay on). I just threw mine away. Here’s the bottom line: someone grabbed a couple gas heaters, wrapped them with extremely cheap quality materials, attached a little motor to spin skewers and called it a grill. The materials used to build this are simply garbage. Had I seen the product in person, I wouldn’t have purchased it. It’s definitely not worth $300. The true price point should be around $49-59. I love churrasco and LOVE my Brazilian people, but this product is a 1-Star product. I’m sorry, but that’s the truth. (By the way, I would’ve returned it to seller, but I didn’t open the box for over a month, so return window expired)

Even when the food is cooked at “well done” it is still very juicy and tender.

Awesome grill!

I gifted this to my father on Father’s Day . His first attempt to use it in June on Father’s Day ( we followed the instructions) it made a large explosion and we put it away. Second attempt to use it today, we didn’t even turn it on and the glass completely shuttered. This is unbelievable for the value of it .

Simplesmente PERFEITA. Extremamente prática, assa com perfeição, fácil manutenção e limpeza. Eu sempre gostei de assar em churrasqueira tradicional(com lenha e/ou carvão, mas confesso que estou encantada com a praticidade e a qualidade. A entrega foi rápida e veio tudo certinho. Estou amando.

Material utilizado na fabricação é de baixa qualidade, deveria ter sido utilizado chapas metalicas de maior espessura ou utilizado reforço na estrutura. No primeiro dia de uso, após esquentar o motor elétrico que faz a rotação dos espetos parou de funcionar, estava utilizando na voltagem 110, mudei de tomada e nada. Depois de um tempo alterei o seletor de voltagem para 220 V e troquei de tomada, deu um choque de tensão na geringonça e a porcaria voltou a funcionar, deve usar a mesma tecnologia das TVs a válvula, mas a tecnologia inversa, esquenta e para de funcionar. Outro ponto, a bandeja coletora é absurdamente fina, tão espessa como uma lata de flandes. Não sei com eles tem coragem de enviar esse produto para os EUA, é envergonhar a indústria nacional.
