Will sai that are 21.5" fit in the 22.5 case?

I have 21.5" Sai and they fit perfectly in the 22.5 case.

Does this product come with all three bags

It does not come with all three, nor would I recommend the product at all. It is simply a soft, pliable bag and does not offer any support or protection for your Sai.

When will the large size be available?

Hello! They are already on the way, but the time limit is uncertain. It will take about 20 days.
