This lip liner pencil was very reasonable. The color was the perfect shade of mauve, and just what I wanted. I consider this to be a win-win!

Really stays on
This lip liner really stays on! You draw your lips and then color them in with this and then you’re good for the rest of the day. I use lip balm over it to keep it moisturized and it stays on.
