Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

Due to energy conversion and circuit losses during charging, results in a 25% to 40% capacity reduction. Therefore, a fully charged 10,000mAh power bank typically provides about 6,000mAh to 7,500mAh.

What can I do when I find my power bank like a used one or has scratch on the screen?

This power bank has a protective film on the screen, tear off it. And if you find any scratch on the power bank's body, Please contact seller center, we provide 36 month brand care plan.

Why when I first used the fully recharged battery pack to charge the phone, energy drained fast?

Because the power bank usually with at least 50% virtual charge leaves the factory, you need to charge and discharge it 2-3 cycles before the first use.
