I liked the flavor of this yogurt and appreciated that it didn’t have the artificial taste that many “diet” or zero-sugar products tend to have. The vanilla flavor was spot on and very natural. The texture is different from both regular yogurt and traditional Greek yogurt. It’s not as creamy as regular yogurt and not as thick as Greek yogurt—more like a custard-style consistency, though slightly thicker than I personally prefer. The 5.3 oz cup is still a generous portion. I used it to make a parfait, and it was actually more than I needed for one serving. The only downside I noticed was that when I saved half for later and put it back in the refrigerator, the consistency became watery after reopening. Other than that, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a high-protein yogurt without an artificial flavor. As far as it being a good value for the money. It’s a good deal when it’s on sale.

This yogurt is excellent. The vanilla flavor is really smooth and natural, not overly sweet, and the texture is thick and creamy like good Greek yogurt should be. It tastes way better than most “healthy” yogurts. I love that it has 0% fat, 0g added sugar, and no artificial sweeteners, yet it still tastes great. It’s also high in protein, which makes it perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a quick snack that actually keeps you full. The individual cups are a good size and very convenient to grab on the go. Overall, this is one of the best nonfat Greek yogurts out there — clean, filling, and genuinely delicious. I buy this regularly and highly recommend it.

I like this yogurt, mostly because its made with stevia & no sugar which I like.. I also like that this yogurt is nice & thick (Greek) & is fruitless because I don't like fruit on the bottom of yogurt....I like adding my own things on top like granola, dried raspberries, etc.. The price for the 4 pack is great because the price is higher in my grocery store. I can't find the vanilla in my store, only 2 flavors recently..

Excellent yogurt incorporate this in my diet almost everyday. Usually will mix it with almonds in the morning. Definitely part of my high protein low calorie diet and I don't think it's going anywhere. Highly recommend

Thick and delicious taste for your healthy appetite! I ordered them from Amazon and they were delivered in a typical brown paper bag. The Best By date is over a month from purchase date.

Good tasting and great macros. The only negative is that it can be a little dry but adding frozen fruit makes it perfect!
