Loved this product . does what it says. its saved my time and effort. loved the engineering behind this. easy to clean the litter box. in just 2 minutes. my best purchase so far. the size is also big , i have two adult cats. they both loved it. the plastic is also thick and durable . Surely value for money . Privacy wise no comments as its an open letter box. and my cats have no problem using it

bad for pine wood litters

This Litterbox might be expensive, but eliminates the need for scooping completely. The product has 4 layers 1. Base Litter Tray (Blue) 2. Filter Tray (White) 3. Top Litter Tray (Blue) 4. Rim with Clips (Blue) The two Litter Trays are interchangeable. When you have to clean the litter, just release the clamps, lift the top litter tray (say blue) and dump carefully the whole litter to the next layer down - the filter tray. Then lift the filter tray to isolate the clumps and dispose them. Loose Litter will fall through onto the Base Litter Tray (Black). Now place the filter tray on top of the recently emptied litter tray (blue) .On top of this, place the recently full litter tray (black). Replace the Rim and clamp it and you are done! The Rim is high enough to prevent 80% of spillage from digging vs flat tray. Also the coating material is almost non-sticky and litter doesnt get stuck if you are using a good quality with sufficient quantity. Thinking of buying one more now !

If you use pinewood litter, avoid the Trixie Berto Cat Litter Tray at all costs. The holes are ridiculously large - pine litter just crumbles and drops straight through, making the tray effectively useless for this type of litter. Although it might be fine for standard litter, it’s a complete fail for pinewood. On top of that, the seller did not even acknowledge my return, and I had to chase Amazon customer care with 4-5 calls over 21 days before I finally got a refund. Absolutely terrible product and buying experience.

My cats liked it. The quality seems to be good and sturdy as of now and its quite spacious. Dont have any complains at the moment. Plus it looks good and expensive. Easy to assemble as well.

Pros - Had it about a week. Sturdy, very easy to clean. Seems durable. And they gave an extra pair of side clasps. I've seen reviews where people mentioned their clasps broke so I'm grateful. However, even without the clasps I think I could still use it without the rim. Cons - the manual isn't clear. I thought I had been given defective clasps. It took us 20+mins to realise how to fix them on. (I'm not very handy.. Lol) Edited March 2024 - I've just bought this product for the third time. (2nd was for a relative). It's great having two of these at home... Easiest of all our litter boxes to clean. Wish it came in a bigger size cos our biggest cat would prefer it bigger... Made a video when the latest one got here since I saw a few others are having problems with the clasp too. Hope it helps someone.

Ho 3 gatti in casa e spesso riuscire a stare dietro alla pulizia delle lettiere non era facile con la classica palettina e sacchetto. Da quando ho scoperto queste lettiere ho subito voluto provarle perché l'idea di poter semplificare la raccolta dei bisogni ed allo stesso tempo limitare gli sprechi per ciò che viene gettato di troppo con la palettina mi ha attirato parecchio. La lettiera di per sé è composta da due vasche sovrapposte che al centro nascondono una terza vasca a setaccio, vero colpo di genio del prodotto e per tenere tutto ben saldo sopra c'è un bordo con clip che chiude il tutto: quando si vuole pulire la lettiera non si fa altro che levare il bordo con clip, separare la prima vasca (quella sporca) dalle altre e versare il contenuto in quella a setaccio, la lettiera pulita passerà il setaccio e si depositerà sulla seconda vasca (quella pulita) sottostante, mentre i bisogni dei gatti resteranno lì in bella vista pronti per essere raccolti! A seguito della pulizia della prima vasca, questa andrà posizionata sotto al setaccio in modo tale da esser pronta per la prossima pulizia, si riposiziona il bordo, chiudono le clip ed il gioco è fatto! Io nel particolare sto usando questa lettiera in accoppiata a quella ecologica di mais che costa di più ma è smaltibile nel WC, il risultato spettacolare visto che non spreco nemmeno un granello ed allo stesso tempo non devo più fare sacchetti da buttare nella differenziata! I 3 mici, ringraziano per le loro 3 nuove lettiere. PRO: pulizia facile, raccolta, materiali resistenti, risparmio su quanta lettiera viene buttata CONTRO: nulla da segnalare

I have 2 cats and a very bad back. My husband had to do all of the scooping because to scoop the litter, I had to either bend over for an extended period of time to scoop it, or I had to carry the full litterbox somewhere so that I could set it up on top of something so I wouldn't have to keep bending over. My husband works a lot, so the box would often get pretty stinky by the time he was able to get to it. Since with this litterbox system you sift it all at once, you don't have to bend over for more than a couple of minutes, and you never have to lift the litter box when it's full of both the used/clumped litter (which can get very heavy) and the litter that is still dry. This litterbox system is nice and big - and we all know that kitties hate litterboxes that are too small - and the frame around the top keeps more litter in the box when the kitties are digging and covering. We bought one for our daughter who is in college, and she loves it. She's only 21, and she's already well on her way to being a crazy cat lady, so anything that helps her keep her litterbox cleaner is a blessing.

Pésimo producto. Si se pone la arena sobre la rejilla como en el anuncio, es un asco, las pipis con arena pasan a la bandeja de abajo y se hacen enormes masas por debajo del colador. Si pones la arena en un contenedor y ese lo vacias a la rejilla que está encima de la otra bandeja, más o menos funciona. Siempre, lo que es literal : SIEMPRE se queda pegada la arena. Tiene poca profundidad y mis 4 gatos hacen fiesta de arena :(

Wir besitzen nun seit etwa 2 Wochen dieses Katzenklo. Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, da die Bewertungen hier zum Teil gefälscht scheinen (manche Bewertungen stehen hier doppelt und dreifach), es wirkte einfach manipuliert. Aber habe beschlossen, das Klo zu testen und bei Nichtgefallen dann halt zurückzuschicken. Bei uns wohnen seit neustem zwei Jungkatzen, für die wir einmal dieses Trixie Klo und noch ein normales Hauben-Klo besorgt haben. Die Katzen nehmen das Trixie Klo gut an und kommen auch super rein und raus (sie sind ca. 5 Monate alt). Das Trixie Klo besteht aus zwei identischen Böden, einem weißen Sieb und einem Rand, der umherfliegende Streu einfangen soll. Die Elemente lassen sich alle beliebig ineinander stapeln, es ist egal, in welcher Reihenfolge die einzelnen Schalen stehen. Bei uns ist die Reihenfolge: Unten ist der erste Boden, in der Mitte ist das Sieb, oben ist der zweite Boden mit Rand, und oben ist natürlich auch das Streu drin. Zum Sieben nehmen wir dann den oberen Boden hoch und können sofort auf das Sieb darunter schütten. Das Sieben funktioniert wirklich gut, bin hellauf begeistert! Wir sieben damit beide Klos hintereinander durch, indem wir bei wechselndem Boden einfach zweimal in dasselbe Sieb schütten, und dann die Hinterlassenschaften aus dem Sieb entsorgen. Das Sieb und derjenige Boden, der dann übrig bleibt, warten dann bis zum nächsten Einsatz, meist stellen wir beides ineinander geschachtelt in die Badewanne und geben etwas Wasser mit Spülmittel hinein. Das klappt super, so ist alles immer schön sauber und hygienisch. Die allermeisten Hinterlassenschaften bleiben auch tatsächlich im Sieb hängen, nur ganz ganz mini-kleine Dinge gehen da mal durch, aber das ist selten. Das Sieb leeren wir übrigens, indem wir einen Müllbeutel komplett über das Sieb drüber stulpen (dabei immer schön über dem Katzenklo bleiben, falls sich noch einzelne Katzenstreu-Reste aus dem Sieb lösen). Dann klopfen wir durch den Müllbeutel einige Male richtig feste an das Sieb, damit sich eventuelle Reste in den Ritzen lösen, und kippen Sieb und Beutel einmal kopfüber, sodass alles im Beutel landet. Dann das Sieb vorsichtig aus dem Beutel holen und den Beutel schnell zu machen :-) Je nachdem, was für ein Streu man hat, klappt das Sieben wahrscheinlich mehr oder weniger gut. Bei uns funktioniert es klasse. Wir haben das Lidl Streu, das klumpt richtig gut und auch total feste. Am Boden von den Katzenklos klebt bei uns nur ab und zu mal etwas, das kommt aber zum größten Teil auf die Katze an! Manche graben einfach gerne tief. Hier muss man dann halt mit einer Schaufel nachkratzen, aber das wäre ja bei jedem anderen Katzenklo auch so. Mit dem Unterschied, dass das Herausfischen von Hinterlassenschaften bei diesem Katzenklo hier wirklich nur einige Sekunden dauert, und man nicht ganz dicht mit dem Gesicht über dem Klo hängen und Goldgräber spielen muss. Man sollte natürlich auch genug Katzenstreu einfüllen, und mal testen, ob die Katze das jeweilige Streu überhaupt mag / verträgt / damit klarkommt. Wir mögen das Katzenklo-Sieb und würden nicht mehr zur Schaufel greifen wollen! Bei uns funktioniert auch die Kombination aus diesem Katzenklo und einem "no name Hauben-Klo" super, auch das lässt sich ohne Probleme sieben :-D
