Yes. It comes prepackaged disassembled and does fit in the game box.

I believe there is bubble wrap in the packaging, which contains plastic.

The top canopy piece does not align properly. I have to bend the top of the stand to fit. Is that normal or should I return it?

You have to slide the top canopy piece down at an angle to bring one side of it over the top of the tree, then slide it laterally, then bring down the other side of the canopy over the top of the tree.

Is the same tree as the one that comes with the Collector's Edition?

It's the one that was available as an add-on during the Kickstarter. The Collector's Edition does NOT come with the wooden tree, it comes with the cardboard one.

一瞬段ボールと思いきや。木製でした。

海外レビューが好評課だったので、気になって買いました。本来段ボール製のオリジナルでも丈夫そうだから買わなくても良かったし、実際に届いたものも、一瞬段ボールと変わらないと思ってしまったくらいでした。ところが組み立ててよくよく見ると、木の粉を固めた感じの木製です。しかも強度も段ボールよりしっかりしていて安心感があります。樹木柄のプリントもきれいに定着していてきれいなので、使うならこっち！と、ヘビロテ万歳。値段はほかのゲームが買えるくらい高いので、エバデ日本語版のみで楽しみたい人は不要かもしれませんが、今後、拡張パーツや拡張ゲームなど集めるなら、買っていても損はないでしょう。

Pieces don't quite align

The slots on the lower and upper branch pieces don't align, so a considerable amount of force is required to slide the pieces together. For the price, I'd expect the product to be perfect. I wouldn't recommend this purchase.

Best service I've had in Amazon. The Evertree is in great condition and the package came with a couple of extra surprises: A letter and inflatable ball all made from origami paper. Recommend buying from this person.
