Works awesome

When the wall mount is mounted level on the wall, the swing arm is about 5 degrees off vertical. Totally annoying and horrible quality control. So, I ordered a replacement and the swing arm has the exact same problem. Basically the 12 year old in Taiwan can't weld the seams of the metal square. Amazon is worthless in that they can't contact the company to have them send out a square swing arm, but has to be the whole thing. Totally messed up ordering this from Amazon that does nothing to inspect the crap that they sell. So I have to eat this thing rather than pack it up and send it back and fix 4 holes with lag screws in impact resistant wall.

It works as advertised and mounted to the wall without issues. What I really don't like is how the swing arm doesn't lock into place. It has knobs that you tighten to keep the arms locked but they don't tighten very tight so when the athlete hits the sticks the arm can swing around as well. Not a huge issue but it is an annoyance.

Wish I would have bought this one first. It's great. It was easy to assemble and seems like it will last.

I purchased the Tandem Sport Wall Mounted Vertical Challenger Jump Tester a while back & when I received it, it was missing parts that didn't allow me to assemble. I immediately wrote in an email & never received a reply. It's been weeks now & still haven't heard a thing. I've went to multiple hardware stores to try to find other parts that I can use to at least get this vertical tester to be usable but nobody can help me since the parts are so specialized (spring loaded screws, etc). I spent way too much money on this to not even be able to use it! Very disappointed that nobody ever got back to me & even more disappointed I can't use the product at all!!!!

Good solid product. I tried many different models for my daughter. In the end we settled on this. We have been very happy with the decision. Good construction, easy to assemble, and easy to work with.

I got this for a friend who is training for various athletics events, and while I am embarrassed to find out how little I can jump, that's not the fault of the measure. It apparently is very easy to install, and although the box is MASSIVE, it is pretty easy to set up. I won't sit here and try to explain why it's useful -- it obviously is -- and this seems accurate and like a cost-effective alternative to some expensive options.

The product is broken and I would like to return it. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks very much. Shirley
