Noticeable Improvement
I wouldn't say easy, but the installation wasn't that difficult. It's worth watching their video a few times to see someone else do it. He's got it on a lift, most of us will be lying on our back...big difference. The difference in the ride is substantial. I ripped welds on a rear control arm so I had serious problems before doing the long arm kit, but with this kit and making sure other suspension components are in good shape, I have a great riding Jeep, no wobbles. The kit has been on a few months now. I'll keep checking the bolts for a year or so, but I'm real happy with it. Some more expensive kits can be adjusted and locked with arms already attached, this one can't. You need to dial in your lengths before bolting in. But for the money saved, I don't mind giving up the ease of future adjustment. This was definitely an added time to the install but hopefully it'll be a long time before I make any changes. Remember that your shocks will determine what your flex range so there are additional costs that may come into play.

The front low control arms didn't fit the new brackets.
So excited for this! The parts seemed well built and high quality. Watched Youtube installation videos multiple times. The new driver side bracket was a bear to put onto the frame, but with a bit of WD40 and a BFH I was able to bolt it in right. However, the new brackets' front opening was about 1/16" narrower than the new front control arms' adjustable fittings, tested on both front lowers control arms on both brackets, same problem. Since the rear control arms have the same fittings, I tested on the rear brackets, they fit nicely. So I concluded it was an issue with the new brackets. Called Rough Country and the tech was also stomped. Not sure if it is a manufacturer issue with the control arm fitting or the brackets themselves. I Was told by Rough Country to bend the front bracket out to jam the control arms in. Not the best way to fix problem and a bit disappointed. But will give it a try, not sure how this will affect their lifetime warranty. Update: Love this kit. smoothed out the ride noticeably. The passenger side LCA was in contact with the OEM muffler. Since the option of using an after market cat back is limited for California, I used a metal strap to pull the exhaust up and further from the LCA just enough to clear it with no rubbing. Changed my rating to 4. still a bit disappointed with how RC handled the misfit front LCAs :(.

Rides better on road and flexes more off road.
These do allow the wheels to flex more; I had to add the longer brake lines because at full droop they seemed like they would pull out. The pinion angle is better now with less vibration; had to get the shock extenders to move out the rear lower shock mounts. Otherwise the shocks would bind against the axle, brake lines, spring base. The screw in heim joints allow you to adjust the thrust angle on the rear axle, and also the front caster somewhat. More caster means less wandering on the freeway. Rides better on road and flexes more off road. It would be nice to have heim joints front and back, but the existing system works very well for the money. No issues connecting the mounting plate to the frame on my 2006 Rubicon. Slipped on snugly but easily with no hammering needed. If it had needed force, I would have just put a jack under it. Cutting / grinding the old brackets off was fun; the red hot sparks landing on my neck remind me that I am alive. :-) Basically cut along the weld shallow and careful; then cut in half (front to back) so you can bend the outside portion back and forth to remove it. Then you will have access to the inside section with the angle grinder; cut it, bend back and forth if necessary, grind it smooth.

Don't expect a lot
This kit installed just fine and everything fit as expected. Overall it is a good upgrade for street use. The ride quality of my TJ improved quite a bit. The off-road performance is not great tho. The front flexes fine but could be better. The back hardly moves at all even with sway bar removed.

Lasted years, but not miles
I installed these 9 years ago when I bought them, and have gone around 20k miles on them. The back bushings are worn out and they rust terribly. I am sure that in this time they have tweaked some things, but they won't even return my emails when I ask if I can buy just the bushings or just the arms. I am not sure I would plan on getting anything under warranty if I can't even get them to reply to selling me stuff.
