Definitely effective on a mosquito magnet like me. I apply it nightly and the 2 nights I forgot I of course got eaten up! Goes on smoothly and has a pleasant smell. Does sit on the skin for a bit after applying but ultimately dries smooth. Becareful not to get it on polished nails tho since it does effect nail polish.

This is everything I want in an insect repellent. It’s odorless. Goes on to the skin like a light lotion. Leaves to sticky chemical residue. And it works. My new go to bug juice

I do recommend washing your hands afterward, as you don’t want to accidentally get it in your mouth. My husband is a mosquito magnet and being avid campers we are completely impressed with how well this product worked - even with biting flies.

I’ve finally found the holy grail of mosquito repellents!!! Hallelujah! I’m that girl who complains about being bitten when nobody else is affected. I’m that girl who gets eaten alive whenever I use essential oils or other more natural methods that work fine for most people. I’m that girl who HATES slathering sticky, oily poison all over my skin but does so because it’s better than being eaten alive. I’ve tried everything. Everything has failed me, one way or another. Until now! I was skeptical but how do you trust what strangers say when everybody has their own interpretation? I weighed the pros & cons then decided to try this lotion with the hopes that it not only worked but didn’t leave me feeling dirty, sticky & gross the way other types of repellents… that do work… make me feel. So I received this earlier and immediately applied it to one leg as a test. TBH it goes on fairly clean & dryish at first but then goes through a sticky phase. But don’t despair bc it does dry into your skin leaving you feeling like you have nothing on at all. In fact, I had forgotten that I only applied it to one leg then went outside to do some yard work, and sure enough, every exposed area of my skin got bitten like crazy… except for that leg! Hallelujah! Not only does it leave no residue but it doesn’t even smell… like AT ALL! The important thing is that it keeps the blood suckers from devouring you, but it also keeps the flies and sweat bees from harassing you! And I love that I don’t feel or smell like I’m wearing repellent. This stuff is da’bomb! Yes, highly recommend! I’ll be a customer for life!

sooo i do feel a little sticky wearing this but it doesn’t have as strong of a smell as normal bug spray so i suppose that’s good.. i have to wear this constantly bc i live in texas (yeah…) and the mosquitoes are obsessed w me. ofc i am allergic too… its worked tbh. its nice to not walk around swollen all summer long

I get no-see-um bites every time I go in the yard. Since using this product I haven't had ONE bite! It should be sold in gallon size amounts! It's easy to apply, lasts for hours, and isn't greasy. Every time I venture outside I come in covered in bites and I have a severe reaction to each one.

We live in SW Florida with a pool and have a pond behind our house. We’ve tried everything and I do believe an arsenal of combo products works best. That being said, we are highly impressed with this product. It’s more reliable coverage than spray without the constant chemicals and I love that its odorless. This product kept 3 adults bug-bite free while hiking the northern shore of Lake Superior in MN for 4.5 days in June. The area has many waterfalls within .5 to 3 miles of the main road, MN 61 Northeast. Very wooded terrain known for ticks and MOUS (mosquitoes of unusual size). We treated our outer clothing with permethrin, and used Proven Picardin on exposed areas. It went on easily, disappeared on skin and we didn’t detect any scent. Our new go-to for insect repellent. Also, I have eczema and Proven didn’t irritate/aggravate my skin.
