Water Testing Kit 2 Pack - E Coli and Coliform Test for Drinking, Pool, Pond, Lake, Well Quality - Bacteria Tester

Perfect water kit. I've been paying a guy bi-annually to come out and test my water costing me anywhere from 50 to $75 each time. This kit was easy to use and provided The same results that the testing guy provided me.

I have used half a dozen of these test kits over the years to check that our well water is safe. It shows bacteria, pesticides, etc. It does not show the number of bacteria etc., just whether the water is safe or not. Easy to use and it gives us peace of mind.

Long Beach, NY had a boil water alert. I had a pail of 'clean' water from before the alert. I tested a sample of this water . It turned red after 48 to 60 hours at 89 degrees F. So far So good. I have not yet tested current tap water, but I will in the near future. I could not find the so-called caps for the sample tubes...so a Star is left off. Jon Wanner

The coliform water test worked about as described in the directions. The test is pretty straight forward if you follow instructions carefully. The results are pretty easy to interpret using the color chart provided, though somewhat subjective. The directions do state that the results are an indication only, and need to be verified by a lab test for best accuracy. The Arsenic test has more steps, but similar to the coliform test. All in all these tests help you get an insight into possible bad water conditions. You know a lot more after the test than before, a good deal, recommended.

I used this kit to take a sample of my water at the kitchen sink. The kit showed no detectable e coli or coliform. I did this because I have failed the test 2 times and have yet to get my well fully approved. This kit says my water is pure, I then took another sample to send to a lab. Dropped if off yesterday, and waiting for results. If the lab says all is good, I love the kit, if they day the well is still contaminated, then the kit will not met my expectations. I sure hope it is correct. Update, I just got the results for the lab and the kit results and lab results match. My well is good to go and the kit test showed it good. The AquaVial Well Test Kit worked great. I will use the second test next year.

We have a well that was professionally tested. We pump the water into a storage tank that gravity feeds into the house system. We use the test kit every 3 months to double check for e. Coli and bacteria in the water. I used to order 4 tubes for one year at a time but now I have to be careful when ordering to be sure I don’t get tubes that expire before my intended use date. I have started just buying the two pack at a time so I don’t have to return the order. We have been using these for years and are very happy with them.

Used this as inexpensive and convenient test for ecoli in well after replacing pump. Test indicated no presence of contamination, as expected from prior tests over the years. I assume the test results were accurate, though I have no way to know unless I take another sample and send to a real lab. Why would you ask me if the test was accurate??? What is sheerness? I guess I need to know morre about water and your test.

Worked as advertised. Did side by side comparison with another brand and our provincial government test service. All results were equal. It was easy to use and will buy again.
