Helped tremendously
I normally do t write reviews, but after having such bad foot pain I was happy to try anything. It started with what I thought was plantar fasciitis that wouldn’t go away after several months then suddenly I started having pain between the ball of my foot and my toes. It felt like I was stepping on glass when I hit a certain spot on my foot. I bought these pads and within a few days, it was already feeling better. I would highly recommend!! I like that I can wash and reuse them. They have stayed sticky after washing and I have used them for about a month.

Very comfortable and glad I bought them, such a relief
Very comfortable, they do their job and I suffer from sesamoiditis. The only issue is, they started to slide more now versus sticking to my feet as I'm walking.

Foot pain gone
I applied to bottom of foot and it soothe away my foot pain! Once applied, it stays in place until I remove.

Brilliant Solution For Long 2nd Metatarsal
Note - you can turn it sideways (different than the photos shown), and use it to take pressure off the 2nd metatarsal. Whether you're using them for sesamoiditis, other ball-of-foot pain, or If you're one of the unlucky ppl who have a 2nd toe longer than the first, this can save a world of hurt. I wear them inside of dress shoes and even inside ballet slippers. The material is easily washable and long lasting. Much better than the wool pads. Adhesion is not perfect if your feet sweat a lot, but that's the trade-off for cleanability. Overall, this is a game-changer and actually made me feel I need to buy a lifetime supply in case they are ever discontinued. Thank you for making it!

Relieved of pain
This product consisted of two pairs. One pair was the same foot which rendered them unusable. I used the second pair. The pad relieves some of the pain and I needed that. The pads have sticky stuff to hold it where you place them. They likely won’t last long

Great concept but needs to be thicker for more support!!
Love the way these work and the fact that they are reusable. They stick really well to my feet and I love that you can wash them. The ONLY negative is that I wish that they were slightly thicker. If they could make a version with more padding I would be a buyer for life!! They are comfortable and don't slide at all when wearing.

The best!
I recommend! I tried two other versions to combat metatarsal and this is a true winner. Plus it’s unseen if one cares. Great for sandals and walking on hard floor without socks. You can even wash by hand and they remain sticky on bottom. In fact if they loose their stickiness, briefly put under water and it returns.

Not great
Honestly these aren’t great. They inevitably end up slipping around on your feet. So they don’t stick where they’re supposed to for long. Pretty disappointing

Great
Hurt my foot about 5 months ago- had X-rays done which showed nothing. I Finally got these and I can walk around with no pain for the first time in months. I have size 5.5-6 and they fit my well. Might be small if you have big feet

Work well
Rinse and dry them after each use so they stay on your foot. Work well

Helpful
They seem to be helping but don't stick on very well

Review
These are too big for my feet. I have size 9 wide feet but they go past the edge of my foot and cause pressure on the outside of my foot. They do alleviate ball of foot pain but caused pinching and pain in other areas.

Good for exercise
Good quality but you have to be careful. It was prescribed by a physio for my big toe osteoarthritis (hallux rigid); however, my podiatrist told me that it would be helpful for one of my big toe that has hallux limits, but not to the other one. Well, I could exercise more when I used it in both feet.
