Had no trouble falling asleep. Worked well.

This is a good product for the price. It works well.

Previously, I had been taking 10mg melatonin tabs which were too high a dose if I wake in the middle of the night and need some assistance getting back to sleep. I ordered these 5mg tabs for just those times - when I do not have long enough to sleep off a full 10mg - but I also feel good about taking 2 tabs to start the night if I'm stressed and restless. These tabs are not easy-melts like the 10mg tabs I have from the same brand. The tabs are small enough, but the chalky texture makes them a challenge to swallow if I take too small a sip of water. However, once the tabs are down, I feel their relaxing influence within 20-30 minutes and am able to fall peacefully to sleep. On a very rare occasion, I will wake in the middle of the night with a racing mind and will take another tab to ease back to sleep. I do not get dependent on these tabs for sleep, and they work great for the occasional stressful times when I struggle with relaxing and initially falling asleep.

Excellent product

They work fine. Gave four stars because I wish they were fast dissolve like their 10 mg ones. These kick in more slowly than the fast dissolve. Still a great brand, though. And you get plenty for not too high of cost.

Great value. Helps me to sleep better

Melatonin is a natural hormone made by the body to regulate sleep. Some people who have irregular sleeping habits can find it hard to go to sleep at the right time. Melatonin supplements are a great way to give your body the extra "bump" you require to get your rest when you need it, without causing a druggy-thick feeling the next morning like other types of sleep aids can. Be warned though, if you take this...go to bed! It will make you really tired and groggy when it hits, so don't plan on driving or anything afterwards.

Great product and deal

I like it, it works effectively after taking in a few minutes. But, not recommended by most doctors to use it regularly use it when you need it.
